Excellent stay..highly recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect...next to coffee shop, close to restaurants and a couple blocks from shopping area with Walmart and Sam's Club, around the corner from bank atm and OXXO convenience store. Hotel also has supply store to buy water and snacks. Has laundry area (though some machines were out of order or in need of cleaning) but they worked. Room was spacious and CLEAN. Staff was constantly cleaning hallways, rooms, etc. Spotless! Room has kitchenette though no pots and pans or cutlery, just good size fridge, stove top and microwave. Great Wi-Fi!! We were on 3rd floor (there is elevator) and our Wi-Fi was fantastic. Safe area and secure locks on hotel lobby. We will definitely stay again. Very happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and the facilities was very clean. Location was perfect since it was in walking distance to the hospital that my son had his gastric sleeve done. With both of us Americans we felt safe to walk the 5 minutes to the hospital. I also felt safe to walk back late at night so I could sleep in the hotel room while my son was at the hospital. Also secured parking for our vehicle.

EVERYTHING IS FINE, THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN, THE MAIDS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS GREETED YOU, THEY HAD A VERY POSITIVE SMILE. I WANT TO CONGRATULATE GLORIA AND CLAUDIA FOR THE HARD WORK THEY DO EVERY DAY. I AM LEAVING VERY, VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The place is very well located. Can walk to alot of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the via rapida. Which lets you go to both border crossings. Also easy to get to Rosarito and Ensenada from the location.

Value, parking, location, clean, safe and quiet, great staff, room layout, extra blanket and pillow, armoire type closet space, desk and relaxing chairs, TV, Fridge, hot plate, micro-wave, outlets, usb and line, comfort, room lighting and temperature control.

The location is really nice. It isn't the fanciest hotel, but it's perfect for the price. The staff is friendly!

The best thing that I like about this property was everything was close by to this property anything you wanted to do is right there
